  We were initially very impressed with Dennis and the philosophy of the school. I do think that they love kids and want to serve God here. Communication and details are not their strengths, however. Our son was initially signed up in the summer program. After sending them info about our son's heart condition and pacemaker, they failed to share this with the staff (or even read about the info themselves). We made several attempts to contact them at different times (email, phone) and got little to no response from them. When I voiced concern about communication and staff engagement, the staff I spoke to was defensive and said that I was lying and that my son was lying. In the end, we removed our son from the program because we felt he was at risk of harm. There's a lot of potential at this school - there's good things about it for sure....but they have a long way to go before they are able to provide a safe, engaging atmosphere for kids.
